Managing the On-boarding Experience

A smooth & seamless on-boarding process is a “wow” factor for the new hire. At VDBS Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd, we aim to provide that wow experience for the new joinees. We manage the entire joining formalities of the candidates who are to be deputed to the client site. The main duties and responsibilities of software engineers include directing and participating in programming activities, monitoring, and evaluating system performance, and designing and implementing new programs and features.

In VDBS, Software Developer Responsibilities:
